Worked for me!!!
Having doubted the overly positive results reported by the use of these sandals, I am glad to say I was wrong. My heel pain was becoming unbearable, and I contributed it to walking constantly on hard tile floors. This was my last ditch effort before heading to the doctors. I am pleasantly pleased with the results from wearing these sandals. Comfortable enough to have accidentally headed to town in them. While comfortable, the are not the most glamorous sandal on the market but provide my heels and arches the support they were longing for.

Plantar Fasciitis/Heel Spur relief.
I have had plantar fasciitis/heel spurs in both feet for over 2 years now and have not been able to put any weight on my left heel (while barefoot) at all during that time. I have worn custom orthotics, worn night splints, used inserts, stretch every day, tried cortizone shots, and oral medications to relieve the pain in my feet and NOTHING has helped like these shoes have. I am a very practical person and I don't give glowing reviews unless the praise is merited. Honestly, since I got these shoes I have been wearing them around the house (I'm a stay-at-home mom) ALL the time. Since it's winter, I don't wear them out, and I always feel sorry to take them off to put my outdoor shoes on. I cannot say that my PF has gone, but my feet feel soooo much better. These are fantastic.A word of advice: Give yourself at least a week to get used to these. More if you're not accustomed to wearing arch supports or orthotics. Worth every penny!
I think the Orthaheel Tide flip flops are worth every penny! After just the FIRST day of wearing them, my heel pain (plantar fascitis) was markedly improved. I've been wearing these flip flops every day for about a week now, and they are the only shoes in my closet that don't make my heel hurt by the end of the day. I don't know what I'll do when the cold weather arrives, but for now the Orthaheel Tides are working for me.

Love them.
It took several days for me to get used to the high arch. After I did my legs and knees felt so much better. Now I wear them all the time. The only problem I have is that it seems like my heels are much dryer and have even cracked open. I never had that problem before. I love the shoes, though, and I'm thinking about getting another style of Orthaheel to try.

Back Saver!
These flip-flops are like no other! I've been wearing them for the last three days and I am now back pain free! :) They are wonderful for people who have high arches & need the extra support. The first two days my arches hurt from wearing them, but that just means my weight is being distributed over my entire foot. I now call them my back savior. I LOVE THEM!

Pretty sandal that is great for those with pronation problems and those needing arch support! (runs large)
This is a very pretty sandal that also works well to keep the foot properly aligned.The orthaheel design really does work very well to correct pronation problems and to provide excellent arch support.Thankfully I noticed the other reviews - this sandal does run quite large. I am usually a size 8, with a narrow to average width foot.I ordered a 7 in this sandal and it fits perfectly (note: the straps have velcro and can be tightened to fit).

Comfy sandals
These shoes are great! They have great arch support and three adjustable straps which fit medium to wide feet comfortably. Dressy, strappy little sandals that are good for your feet. Do order smaller rather than larger if you wear half sizes. I may have to get another pair in another color.

just what i was looking for
I needed a dressier sandal than my usual birk for a cruise. I have narrow feet with very high arches. These sandals fit the bill almost perfectly. The higher arch and deeper heal cup feel great and it took no time for my feet to adjust as I'm used to wearing an orthodic in my shoes. All of the straps adjust so I was able to tighten them up on my feet. I would have given them 5 stars if the bed material was a suede or something other than plastic since it makes them a bit sticky. I have not worn them for long periods yet but if they wear well, I'll go back for another pair. I ordered them in black. I take a size 10 and they are a bit long in the toes so could have maybe ordered a 9.5.

Ortho sandals
I was very happy to find a flip flop that offered more support for the bottom of the foot. Overall I am happy with the comfort and look of this shoe. However, I am concerned that the little buckles (purely ornamental) will not hold up. After less than a month they are already loose; might have to super glue them.

For someone that finds it hard to fit my feet into a 10EE, this is the best shoe ever! I have ordered dozens of pairs of 2E sandals in the last few months and these are the only pair that are comfortable (i.e. are wide enough and don't hurt). From the second I put them on, they were like walking on pillows. I highly recommend this brand for people with very wide feet. They also look better on than they do in the picture. I have white and bone and when the other colors go on sale I will buy those too. These truly fit my feet and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Also, the leather upper is a very high quality, very soft - like butta'.

I have to pay more attention to how I step to keep seated on the arch properly and find I will mis-step on the arch support when going up or down stairs if not careful. While comfortable, the are not the most glamorous sandal on the market but provide my heels and arches the support they were longing for. For this shoe, even though I do have a wider foot (C), I had to go a half size down and they are still a bit wider then feels right. In the women’s Orthaheel styles (like the tide or house slippers), I go a half size up and they fit great.
