This 18 karat gold blue sapphire and diamond ring measures 7mm wide and features a low profile for comfort on the hand. It has our signature satin finish, with 5 diamonds and 5 blue sapphires each set flush in the band. It can be worn alone or stacked comfortably with other rings.
